Return Process

  Log in to your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Secure Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original presentation boxes, ensuring they are protected for transit, and include your order details inside the parcel.

  Dispatch to Cult Pens

  Affix your return label and drop the package off at your nearest authorized carrier location, making sure to keep a copy of your postage receipt.

  Refund Processing

  Once our specialists have inspected the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
